Step 1 · Academy Details
Tell us about your academy. You can edit all these details after registration.
Year 1 reminder: Accreditation is optional this season (2026/27). You can play without it. From Season 2027/28, minimum Red (Registered) tier is required — you can apply for any tier (Red through Gold) from your dashboard once registered.
The public-facing name parents will see.

Where your academy is based. Used for league grouping and accreditation rules.
Any current photo ID of the academy director, for child-safety. Held privately until the league office has checked it, then deleted.
Best on a phone. Line the ID up in the frame and it takes the photo once there's no glare.
We do not keep this number. We keep a scrambled code and the last four characters, enough to tell two documents apart and no more.
You must be 18 or over. It is checked against your ID.
A photo of the director, stored for verification, you can replace it later. No camera? Upload one instead.
Step 2 · Owner Account
Create your sign-in details. You'll be the first owner of this academy — you can invite more admins later.
You'll be the academy's first admin.
JPL will use this for urgent matters.

Double-check the details below, then submit. JPL admin will review your application within 48 hours.

What happens now
1The league office reads your application by hand, including the director's photo ID. That usually takes up to 48 hours.
2No email is coming yet, so nothing has gone missing if you do not get one. Sign in any time to see where your application is.
3Once you are approved you can add your teams, invite your coaches and enter competitions. Coaches apply to you from their own portal.
