Invite coaches by email. They sign up, get auto-linked to your academy, then JPL approves their credentials. Until JPL approves them, they can't be assigned to teams.
Coaches sign up themselves at /register/coach and then apply to your academy from their Coach Portal. Their application will appear in the list below as PENDING, review their profile & qualifications, then approve or reject.
If a coach isn't appearing here, ask them to: (1) sign up at the link above, then (2) click "Apply →" next to your academy on their portal.
They will be able to see and work with your players. Before you accept, be clear about what the league office has and has not established:
Satisfying yourself about who you are letting near your players is your academy's responsibility, not the league's. Meet them, take up references, and ask for whatever checks you would ask any new member of staff for.
